Dawnspire

Dawnspire is a one-tap arcade tower builder. A glowing block slides back and forth above your tower, and a single tap stops it right where you want it. Whatever hangs over the edge of the block below is sliced off and tumbles away, so every sloppy drop leaves you with a narrower tower. Land a block almost exactly on target and you get a perfect landing: nothing is trimmed, a ring of light spreads across the top, and each note you play climbs the scale a little higher.

Perfect landings chain into a streak. Five in a row and your block grows a little wider again, which gives careful players a way to recover and keep the tower alive. The blocks alternate between two directions, the sliding speed rises slowly up to a cap, and the camera follows you upward while the sky changes with your altitude: dawn, bright daylight, sunset, a starry night and finally deep space with drifting planets. The block colours flow as you climb, too.

Pick Endless to see how high you can go, or try 40 target-height levels. Each level sets a goal in floors and adds its own twist: narrower blocks, faster sliding, or a gusty wind that makes the block sway. Earn up to three stars per level for landing many perfect drops. Reach new heights and stars to unlock block styles such as glass, neon and banded stone.

If you miss completely the run ends and the camera pulls back to show your tower. Once per run you can watch a short video to undo the last block and keep climbing. Dawnspire plays well with a mouse, a finger or the space bar, runs in short sessions and is easy to learn but hard to master.
