Velvet Break is a polished eight-ball table game built around real ball physics. Drag across the baize to turn your cue, watch the ghost ball preview where the cue ball meets the target, and pull the power bar to send the rack flying. Choose where the cue tip meets the ball to add follow, draw or side spin, then use the fine-aim slider for hair-thin angle changes.

Play a quick match against three levels of bot, from the forgiving Rookie to the relentless Shark who plans position and plays safe when there is no shot. Prefer company? Pass the device around for a two-player game on the same screen. The rules are the real thing: open table and group assignment after the first legal pot, fouls for scratching, hitting the wrong ball first or missing every rail, ball-in-hand for your opponent, and the 8 ball must be sunk last.

Climb the Career cups: three ladders of bots with growing skill and best-of series, paying coins for every round and a big bonus for lifting the cup. Spend your winnings in the Locker on eight hand-drawn cues and eight cloth colours, from classic emerald to midnight noir.

When you want a puzzle instead, the Trick Shot mode offers twenty handcrafted layouts, each proven solvable by a solver. You get three tries per puzzle and earn up to three stars; stuck? Watch a rewarded ad once to reveal the answer angle and power. Every shot is simulated with fixed-step physics, so a hard break sounds and feels heavier than a soft touch.

Tips: use draw to pull the cue ball back after a cut, aim the gold target-ball line into a pocket, and always think about where the cue ball will stop for your next shot.
