Who we are

FizPlay (fizplay.com) is a free browser games website operated by an independent publisher based in Türkiye. In this policy "FizPlay", "we" and "us" mean the operator of fizplay.com. For any privacy question or request, write to contact@fizplay.com.

Information we collect

FizPlay does not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details to play.

Preferences stored on your device: your theme choice, liked and favorite games and recently played games are saved in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device; we cannot see it. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Server logs: like almost every website, our web server automatically records technical information for each request — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. We use these logs only to keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix errors. They are deleted automatically after 14 days and are not combined with other data.

We do not use analytics or tracking tools of our own.

Advertising and cookies

We show ads to keep the games free. Ads are provided by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). Games from other publishers

Many games on FizPlay are provided and hosted by third-party game publishers and distribution platforms and are shown inside an embedded frame. These games may set their own cookies, show their own ads and collect usage data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Games labelled as FizPlay Originals are made by us and do not collect personal data.

Children

FizPlay is a general-audience website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law of their country. Because no account is needed, children can play without providing any personal details. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact contact@fizplay.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) — you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to or restrict its use and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to contact@fizplay.com. We reply within 30 days.

Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running a secure website (server logs) and your consent where it is required for advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
