Quartz Quartet

Quartz Quartet is a classic drop-and-connect board game dressed in shimmering crystal. A seven-by-six frame stands in front of you, and every turn you slide a faceted gem into one of the seven columns. Gravity does the rest: your gem drops to the lowest free spot, bounces, and clicks into place. The first player to line up four gems in a row, a column or along either diagonal wins the round, and the winning line lights up with a pulsing glow.

Choose your opponent before each match. Easy is relaxed and makes the occasional slip, Medium is a fair fight that looks a few moves ahead, and Hard plans deep, never misses a one-move win and always blocks yours. Prefer company? Switch to 2 Players and pass the device back and forth, with a glowing frame and an obvious turn indicator so nobody loses track of whose move it is.

Stuck in a tight spot? Undo takes back your last move and the computer's reply, and you get three per round. The hint button asks the strongest AI which column is worth a look. Both can be refilled by watching an optional rewarded video.

Progress is saved for every difficulty: wins, current win streak and best streak. Wins unlock new gem styles such as Ember and Frost, Jade Garden, Aurora, Obsidian Night and the colour-shifting Prism, each with distinct shapes so the two sides stay easy to tell apart. Play with a mouse, a finger or the keyboard: arrow keys move the cursor, Enter or Space drops a gem, and the number keys 1 to 7 pick a column directly. Easy to learn, hard to put down.
