Tintfield

Tintfield is a fast, colorful territory-grabbing .io game that runs fully offline in your browser. You are a small glossy cube standing on a tiny patch of tinted mosaic tiles in a big arena shared with twelve computer-controlled rivals, each with its own nickname, colors and personality. Step off your land and you leave a bright trail behind you. Steer back to your own tiles and the loop you drew snaps shut: everything inside it becomes yours, including land that used to belong to a rival.

The risk is the trail. While you are outside your territory it is a fragile ribbon. If a rival touches it, you are out, and if you cross your own trail you are out too. Slip across an opponent's ribbon and watch them burst. Rivals come in all kinds: cautious bots that nibble tiny squares, bold ones that draw giant loops, and hunters that chase your trail. When two heads collide, the player standing on home tiles or owning more land survives.

Steering is easy everywhere. Swipe on a touch screen, press the arrow keys or WASD, or simply point with the mouse. A live minimap and a percentage leaderboard show who owns the arena, and banners celebrate 10, 25, 50 and 75 percent. Every run earns experience that raises your level and unlocks sixteen tile styles, from Mint Mosaic and Berry Dots to Sand Glow and Rainbow Steel, each with its own pattern and soft 3D edge. If you are cut off with a large territory, you can watch one optional video to keep your land and continue.

Tips: grab land in small safe bites at first, keep loops short when rivals are close, and use your trail as bait.
